Adewpearl: I so enjoy your poems and observations. I think that this is the best, more to my heart. Your children poems are very good too. Yes, when we don't understand the whys and I should haves, and why I am last place. We need to see God's grace and look to our Father's face. I am working on the commas and am so thrilled that you take the time helping me. God's grace is shown by a friend in action

God certainly does give us a lot and it's important to step back and consider how blessed one is although a lot of people rarely do that

Comment from Jeanie Mercer
I love the sense of the developing creation, from the time when the earth was formless and empty and darkness was over the face of the deep. And I love how you show poetically how God began to fill it with beautiful things. Love, Jeanie

This is beautiful Brooke. It is good to be reminded of the Earth's Birthday on occasion. It is so easy to forget the original miracle of creation. Great job!

A lovely reminder that we live in God's abundant universe and we should remember to be grateful. I loved the presentation with the yellow print on navy blue. Great rhyming, Brooke. Good luck in the contest.

I know you didnt have Gungalo in mind when you wrote this gem,
Every line reminds me of her essence.
Beautifully written and constructed.
Many will relate and enjoy it.

Hi Brooke,
This is such a delightful reminder of our awesome world, whether one believes in God or not. I love the simplicity of your words that hold so much depth. The first three stanzas were particularly charming.
Hugs,
Lou

Very nice way of saying you still believe in god although don't understand his workings
Kings yes kings and queens
And all the inbetweens
A pod doesn't give a nod (that's fart in arabic)
About the world outside
Untill a maiden splits him open
Then it's fate ... he...

Remembering creation. What a wonderful way to express your faith. When I think of the many laws of nature I am moved to believe again. Thanks for yet another encouraging poem.
