What a cute story. Isn't that just like kids to want to emulate the things they witness in life like a circus trapese. Of course they only made a swing. LOL! It was very handy to have reggie to tie the swing on the tree for them! I do enjoy your little critters and their antics. No nits! Good job! Nancy

Like the other, the write is a very good children story with such simplicity of innocence using animals but does it really qualify as script? Is it stage, movie,? Google shows 5 ways to write script; perhaps I missed this type. Blessings to you.

    Hi Ben, it isn't and wasn't ever a script, I have sent a message to Tom, but he hasn't come back to me yet. I wouldn't have a clue about scripts! Thank you for your comments on my story, I'm really pleased you enjoyed it. (Hope Tom hurries up and answers! LOL) xsx Sandra

    He will change it for you. I cautioned before some person made an ugly remark. I think this should be published into a children gallery. It is very good and you have a talent for it. My blessings to you.

    I did put it into the children's section, it's there, but in Children's Script!! Never mind. And as for nasty remarks, I had the worst ever last week, I nearly gave up coming on here. It hurts like hell to be slated with vicious language. But then I thought, why should I leave a place I love because of a moron. Thank you, Ben for being concerned. xsx

Sandra, I love these stories about those hedgerow characters. Their interactions so filled with wonderment and joyous simple fun. What a wondrous and beautiful life you have created. Though it is fiction, Sandra, you make these stories seem so very real. Congratulations for having and sharing your talent with the world. Love you very much my friend,,,,,,,,Jim xxx

Your story is wonderful, Sandra, and so very enjoyable. Your characters are a delight and I'm sure kids will love them. I am wondering why you have it listed under Script instead of short works.
Smiles,
Karyn : )

Sandra, another one of your wonderful children's
stories. I have to confess I enjoy reading them.
I love the characters you have in your story. Cyril
was so intent on eating the nuts he loved until his
friends needed his help. I like his line ...That
would be tickety boo!

    Thank you so much! Tickety boo, is Cyril's way of saying everything is alright now, he uses it in almost all the stories. :) It's nice that you liked it, thank you my friend. xsx Sandra

Cute story and encourages kids to keep moving... too many today sit in the house with electronics and don't run and play and keep their muscles healthy.

Found a nit for you: "Have your brought the rope
Typo on YOU

"That would be tickety boo!" << one of my all-time favorite sayings from those good ol' days. LOL

What a charmer, yet again, Sandra - I just LOVE your writing! I've had only 3 hours sleep, trying to catch up a little reviewing, but it's a losing battle, I'm afraid. This was just what I needed to give me a boost. :0)

Your 'voice' is amazing - I swear I can see and hear you reading to a sea of small faces riveted to the words coming out of your mouth. :)

    Thank you so much, Dawn. Your sleep in more important than reviews! Some of the older reviews you should delete. I learnt that from someone here who is always getting 150 - 200 reviews per poem, and sometimes she has 2 or 3 on at the same time. She couldn't possibly reply to the all. I'm really pleased you liked this one, thanks my friend. xsx Sandra.

After a while Cyril began to (puffing and panting) puff and pant until he couldn't push them any more

Again I'm not a corrector of sorts as I've previously stated, but check it out first

Great sequel to the first story. Enjoyed reading it immensely. John

Hi Sandra:)
This is a great sequel to, 'The Circus is Here' story. I'm certain small children will be delighted. The names you use for Hedgerow character are so creative.

I did find two sneaky nits:

1. Cyril looked at [the] Millie and Vicky standing on the ground looking up at him.Delete the unneeded article 'the' as shown.}

2. After a while Cyril began [to] puffing and panting until he couldn't push them any more. {Delete 'to' as shown.}

Love and Irish Hugs for entertaining the wee ones.

Roger
