Yikes! I do hope this is a fictional account! You do a fabulous job of presenting a creepy, yet, cheeky piece of horror and thriller poetry. I love "the sunset's array of bloody color" Keep up the gruesome work!

The presentation of your piece is masterfully done. I love the obvious hints of Halloween. Your poem though bone chilling has a certain sentimental charm towards a cherished loved one. Even a psychopath can love his mother. Very well done. Oh yes, because I fear you, I will vote for you.

Eerie and cool!

If Norman Bates were a poet, he might have written something like this. LOL

This is the type of poem to recite around a campfire. Great job telling a story "between the lines."

Good, creepy fun!

This is well written and macabre as well. The descriptions are eerie and clearly expressed. I like this because it can be interpreted in so many ways. Good job!

What a deeply haunting and yet motivational free verse entry, the alliteration is excellent,'evidence eliminator, extraordinaire,'and, 'Did I mention that my Mother was missing', truly inspirational. Good luck!

So very clever and sinister. An unusual entry in a worn out prompt. Way out of the box and refreshing. I doubt there has ever been a horror entry in this prompt. Great fun!!!! NG

Is this tales of the Crypt or what!!!!! What a helluva poem you got here. Damn!!! the words are awesome! Lots of words, unusual silver bullet words that kill! I got the creeps and chills as I digested this horror thriller. This is a page from Norman Bates. it's so wickedly good. I'm awestruck. You got some superior words in here. I will bookcase this unit for study. You could not have chosen any words more describing this ... motherly love infatuation. Make a great Halloween poem. I'm fixed on this unspeakable image. Damn!!!!

This sounds like something from BBC, which I personally love.
A British Murder Mystery opening for sure.
Recited by a man sitting in a wing chair, his legs crossed in a darkened background and one lit candle. Sounds of wind in in background.
