I like the Swap Quatrain, and you have slipped into using it so nicely - like a pair of warm comfy slippers.
This is another 'feel good' poem about Sawyer's devotion to his dearest friend. I'm sure both of them will be so pleased that you and mom caught this friendship as it blooms and grows. The photos and poetry are wonderful.

It's a poem divided into quatrains with a rhyme scheme of couplets. The first line repeats as the last line of each quatrain, but with the phrases in that line reversed. I've modified a couple of the swap lines a tiny bit here. Thanks so much, Valerie :-) Brooke

Chloe is beautiful and she sounds like a delightful loving child. " I've lost my heart to Chloe's smile" is my favorite line. It reminds me of me when my granddaughter's smile just melts me. Sweet poem.
