Once again, fabulous! I can't figure out how you keep coming up with these amazing poems and all are so upbeat. I love the alliteration: jiving, joy, jiggles, jazz, jitterbug, jumpin, jiving. Amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us, Brooke. Alana

This ought to get one up and shuckin' and jivin'
The water looks so tempting and the wild abandon of Nora's flying hair really captures the fun that comes with dancing in the water park.
Great Quatrains in rhyming couplets. Bouncy and full with the joie de vivre.
Rose.

These youngsters aim to teach their elders a lot about the joy of living (joie de vivre)! She certainly looks like she's having fun. Cute verse, with good rhyming and rhythm. Faye

Good use of the aabb rhyme scheme. Good end rhyming. Good perfect rhyming with beat/seat. Good alliteration with jivin'/joy/jiggles...jammin'/jazz...couldn't/care...just/jiggle. Good complimentary photo followed by a clear message.

Hi Brooke,
I could almost hear music in the background while reading this delightful poem!
And I mean REAL swinging music - not that dreadful Rap nonsense. LOL

I envy kids, they do know how to have fun and just don't worry about what people say or think. This is such fun, delightful poem that you got me to jiggle my toes, which is quite hard to do since I broke all of them 15 years ago. I really enjoyed this one and love the photo of Nora, Sawyer's big sister.

Thank you so much, Valerie. Last Friday when I was on the phone with Miranda, Nora was giving Sawyer giggle fits by joking about daddies who go poo poo. LOL Miranda tells me she chases him through the house until he's shrieking. What a great way to go through life. :-) Brooke

Oh Brooke, this reminds me so much of my grandchildren. Everyday is an adventure and full of excitement. Just watching them and interacting with them reminds me what it must have been like to be so full of life at that age. Thank you once again. I wish you well.
