Nice little set up. Gives us an idea who might be involved and Shades, as a guy who has good contacts, might be able to help Ess - keep her safe. And he's easy on the eyes in the meantime. I could use a little eye candy just about now. LOL! Good fun, snod.

You're very kind. I'm not sure I want Shades to help Ess too much. She's not the twisted ankle sort of girl.

Shades has a point. At least if it is about money, she will still be alive. Otherwise, they will be looking for the dead body. This is another well written and interesting chapter.
