Tells the story of brave heroes sacrificed to the god of greed and power. America lost four in an attack at Benghazi when pleas for back-up were ignored.

Hello Jean, Thanks for reading and I had to write it because it shocked me that the President of Russia couldn't even talk to his men. Love, Kay.

Each one of us has to be a partaker of the grace and be ready to make every sacrifice possible to make the society better for their stay.
It's not about you. The purpose of our life is far greater than our own personal fulfillment, our peace of mind, or even our happiness. It's far greater than our family, our career, or even our wildest dreams and ambitions

"What price life." was written on behalf of the young submariners that died without even being spoken to by their Russian President - nothing to do with me. Cheers, K.

Nicely written one scene script. You captured almost all in less words. it's very sad story and your emotions can be felt very clearly. Thanks for sharing and best wishes for the contest.

Don't I remember the USN (Hoo rah!) volunteering to send a deep sea vehicle to attempt rescue and being ignored? Like we didn't have a few thousand bombs better(more deadly) than theirs...nightmarish end. You summed it up nicely.

Nothing to do with America! The Russian President was on holidays and couldn't be bothered coming back to speak to the submariners who were dying in the submarine. It's about man's inhumanity to man. Thanks for reading.

This is a sad story, Kay, but so indicative of the way things go with some leaders/countries. Good luck in the contest.
She lays (lies?) on her side in the murky gloom.
