First of all, that picture is wonderfully disturbing. Your poem reminds me of the great lengths people will go to just to look beautiful, regardless of the risks. What people don't seem to realize is that eventually the treatments and surgeries fail and you end up looking like you're wearing a mask of your younger face. (like Joan Rivers)

Excellent

I don't know why some people are so vain. We all age - some fight it all the way, but they still age. Botox is a poison - a deadly one (botulin - the one that causes botulism) - and not something I would want in my body.

To each their own, I guess.

Yeah I know, the truth is, i really don't like the shock value of the picture, but I cannot find a more subtle substitute to drive my point. But when I find one, I will certainly click to edit mode. Thanks for the five stars my friend.
