This is a very romantic love poem and I thought it should have won. According to howmanysyllables.com "really" has 3 syllables, making your last line 6 syllables. That may have cost you the win, it's still a great entry. Have a nice day my friend. Bill

Hi Bill :) Thank you so much for your great comments. I never thought to check my syllables with a website! I will next time - I always thought 'really' had 2 syllables! We live and learn! Have a great day yourself - school holidays here so I have my 3 little monkeys to contend with lol! Luckily its a great day and we have a big back garden :)

The picture illustrate the love and joy that the couple has for one another. It is very clear that they are happy to be together. I can infer many days of laughter, support, teamwork, and commitment between them. They never gave up on their relationship, and as a result They have a history of many, many, years to celebrate and remember. What a blessing. Great poem. thanks
