I hate this phrase: because I'm 'just' a wife and mum,
hmm, where is the end og God's creation? I think I have seen it a couple of times, but what is your opinion?

Hi Petriesan :) Thanks for your feedback... not sure where the end of God's creation is, but it's as far away from me as possible!
I hate the phrase you pointed out too... nothing riles me more than to be defined by my role in life. I'm Debra White.... I just happen to be a wife and mother - there's much more to me than that!

I love this, Debs, and think it is a clever twist on a superpower that I can really relate to and would definitely like to have. Women have so many roles and talents and being labelled purely as housewife negates so many of the remarkable roles we deal with every day. Thank you for standing up for the girls! Loved it!

I can relate to your poem. From being a mother, grandma to a nana.
You think I had so wisdom. I Felt more upset when I had my strokes. Everyone thought I was just plain dumb. ZAP and double Zap!

lol you kill me. lol I've got a few spells on file I could find you one to rid of these a-holes. lol You zap, and I flush. I actually do this, You have to say it out loud and pull your arm down from above your head in a flushing manner - Flush and it really helps to rid of anything, mostly people. lol it's free too!!!

I'm not sure what contest this is in, but I'm thinking "flash?" None the less, you really got your point across. I've been in the same shoes, as I had a career and chose to stay home with my two children. Suddenly, I was an "idiot" of sorts. I applaud your grit. It's really a choice as so many are.

Hi Val :) Thank you for your great feedback. You get exactly where I'm coming from. I chose to 'give up' my career as an Intelligence Officer so that I could raise my children instead.... that doesn't make me stupid! Tired and hassled yes, but never stupid!
