I like how the Speaker--perhaps a child--views the clouds rising.
"All puffy, comfy (great word choice) and white" gives us a sharp picture.
But, ouch, you have one too many syllables in line 1.

It is a nice poem and is very enjoyable to read. The imagery used creates a quite vivid image and creates the accompanying emotions. A well written poem.
