No picture, again. Excellent ending. The prayer works so well. Do't forget that the plural of Shay does not need an apostrophe! But have a cumulative 6 for writing such a gripping and brilliant story. So glad it ended happily. x

Hello Gretchen,
this story was outstanding. You're a master story teller gal. Well done! I enjoyed the fact that you wove into your story the fact that Jenny was a Christian girl struggling to balance what she had been taught about the bible versus the reality of the evil she was confronted with. It was a great read. Thanks for sharing this.
Have a blessed day.

Wonderful ending. Poor Jeremy and Jenny. Is Patrick dead? I guess so because he wasn't taken to the hospital. I hope Jenny and Jeremy can move on from their traumatic experience. We'll done!

That was such a lovely, satisfying ending, Gretchen. I was so pleased to see the brothers get their cummupance. This was quite a story, and you handled it masterfully. This makes it four stories I've read of yours now, all different, and all fabulous. I would like to get hold of the first Miranda book, then I can read the second book. Well done, my clever friend! :) Sandra xxx

Thank you Sandra. I'd love for you to read Miranda Chronicles. Either in my portfolio or it's on Amazon. I'd appreciate your feedback. Gretchen. Oh, thank you so much for the six also.

Hi, Gretchen, I've tried to get your book on Amazon, but it's not there, only this one...
Plagued: The Miranda Chronicles Vol 1 ; (Plagued, 1)
by Gary Chudleigh and Tanya Roberts.
Can you take a look and give me the link? I'd like to read it on my Kindle, then I can catch with the second book. And you deserved the six! xx

I'm not great with computers hope this was the right thing. It's Miranda Chronicles. No "the" in title. And thank you again. Gretchen

Well, I've enjoyed every chapter of this story but went all week without enough stars to reward any of the first nine or ten chapters deservingly. But thankfully, I do have one for this chapter. Thanks for sharing.

This has really been some drama and stark reality in some places, like it could have really happened in some areas. You certainly have a talent for all kinds of fiction writing. Well done. Wish you well.

A six for the whole series. Couldn't give one for each chapter. I enjoyed the read even though it was a hard and dark one. Well done.
Wendy
Shays (plural) does not need an apostrophe as it is not an abbreviation nor a possessive.

This was a perfect ending to the horror, although I still wonder if Fen did the killing, or his brother did it and made him say he did it. Jenny was incredibly strong for someone so young. Have you ever looked at Cricket Publishing? They do young adult books, although I don't know much about them.

I'm actually glad I read this story, I don't know whether you dimmed down the story a little to make sure it wasn't too horrific, and I'm sorry I doubted, I think this would have made an excellent film. This is great, the surprise was that Fin had killed a man. Beautifully written, blessings Roy

It was rough but I love good versus evil. The moral dilemma. Saying you're a good person and proving it are two different things. Thank you for sticking with me. I really appreciate it. Gretchen

I don't see a picture. I'm glad her signal on the roof was seen. A big surprise to find out they considered Fin the most dangerous. I guess he wasn't so bad because he liked Jenny.

Fin realizes he made a mistake. But Patrick always justifies what he does. Thank you for this. Gretchen
