Excellent chapter. I'm nervous about the knife. Jeremy is not going to attack anybody. Maybe Jenny has a better job... keeping my fingers cross. I hope the sheriff sees the message. Well done.

Thank you so much. Jeremy would be very limited. Gretchen

Okay still reading backward! Lol. You must think I'm crazy, but it's all making sense to me now. The clarification of the 911 message on the shed roof makes more sense now! Best, JohnC

That's my girl, I don't see how Patrick can win, he has to sleep sometime and now that Jeremy has a knife, it gives him a slight edge, but who knows with someone like Patrick, malevolence personified, beautifully written Jenny, blessings Roy

Jenny did the right thing to hide all the knives, but escaping should be the first thing on the agenda, this situation will go from bad to worse very soon and who knows how it will end up with these guys, a fine chapter Gretchen, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

This was a great chapter. Some good planning in the hope of being able to get away, somehow. Keep it coming. Still very dramatic and can't find any spags.

She is very quick-witted and just as well. P is thoroughly evil and sickening. I am still hoping that Fin may prove his worth by siding with them against his brother. Very well written.

Fin is a disciple of Patrick. A conscience but little else. Thank you. Gretchen
Comment from Carol Hillebrenner
Jenny is really smart to hide the knives and to use wood to make the 911 sign on the roof of the shed. If only Patrick doesn't decide he needs a knife for something, and the police overfly her neighborhood and see the sign. That's a lot of "if onlys".

That's what she is counting on. To be rescued. If only ... . Thank you for this. Gretchen

Now she is thinking better. She should have spread them around. So she could get to them. She is still thinking like a victim. If she wishes to save herself, her brother and maybe even Finn, she needs to be thinking like Patrick would.

She's only seventeen so she just wants to survive. I thank you so much for this awesome review. Gretchen

Hello Gretchen,
I'm really enjoying this story, or parts of it at least. I'm hoping that the wrath of God is going to be visited upon Patrick soon. I hate the bastard, and he's not even real. Well done gal.
Blessings,
Tom

911 ! So clever. Didn't see that coming. Ingenious young lady. And now the knives have gone, although you'd think she'd secrete a steak knife up her sleeve and cut Patrick's balls off. Just hoping. Sorry. X

She probably never wants to get close enough to him again. But I like how you think. Lol. She's focused on survival. Thanks for this awesome review. Gretchen
