This is my way of saying, "Great one, Brooke!" BTW, where DID you find that model? :)

LOL I hope you watch the video...there are some adorable kids in it...not a patch on you know who of course, but pretty cute just the same. (speaking of patches) LOL Dennis

A child's smile can make even the darkest day have light in it. There is nothing more special then a child's smile or a baby's giggle. Great job with this

So very true, Brooke. The simplest things like smiles or an act of kindness are often overlooked as we try to find those 'special' moments.
I'm giving this one a six. The message her is so clear, and it's delivered in just 8 lines of poetic perfection.
This would be a wonderful poem in a motivational book.
Rose.

The best in life lives closer by
than lofty heights where eagles fly.

What perfect lines you come up with. That's beautiful!

And of course the point is beautiful too. People need each other above all else. Family is the most important thing in the world. Too bad the American family with two parents is quickly becoming a thing of the past. What will Sawyer's world be like? I shudder to think of it.

Thank you so much, Phyllis. I would give a million bucks if I only had a million bucks to give every child the life Sawyer lives :-) Brooke

I hope the country and the world won't let him down. Hey, maybe HE can be president and save us all! :)

I sure hope not. The way people scrutinize and pick apart candidates for President and the President himself, it's a job I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Talk about a person who can do no right in the eyes of at least half the people no matter what the hell he does.

Nice rispetto, Brooke, with an eternal message of the simplest way to find and unwrap the greatest gift. If we only would listen.

My only possible suggestion would be to slightly adjust the punctuation of this line accordingly: nor canyons wide...no, none of this.
