Thanks, Rama.
I really believe this form is too brief to make a genuine judgement on quality of the piece, so I thought I might as well have some fun.

I agree to some extent, but it is possible to write a powerful piece in a few words---very rare, but possible. Brevity is a powerful tool but it takes a special kind of talent to use it well.

Great play on words in this loony lune. I like it a lot mostly because I've done my share of baying and know the feeling quite well

Well - "Sometimes I feel like a nut - sometimes I don't." (Smile) Your delightful sense of humor show here - very cute and true. Who doesn't bay at the moon now and then???? Its the crazies of this world who make the poets. I salute your craziness Kiwi - keep it up!
This is a delightful work that is sparking me to either bay at the moon or write poetry. Hmmmmm Which shall I do first?

This short writing is priceless in its vivid imagery and highly descriptive picture which is so complimentary to the few short words. It gives a huge picture which is packaged in a small parcel. Very well done my friend!

Dear Steve,
With my limited knowledge of Lunes (I know I wrote one but hadn't a clue really) this is good. At least it is amusing, but then, beware of humour! 'tis the pathos wins the prizes.

I love how you made a play on words and added lunacy with the moon being called out to from a poet. Who interned turned out to be crazy and I could really see that. Ha ha! Thank you so much for sharing this with others including myself.
Alex/AK
PS: Good luck in the contest.

This is a very cute poem. I like how self-aware it is. The word choice paints a vivid picture. I like the humor in the tone.
