This is so creative and out of the box thinking. I had to read it a couple of times to get the full impact of what it was saying, but that was just me, I'm not too bright when it comes to limericks. Bu it did paint quite a scene none-the-less : )

Congratulations on the completion of this so not-easy compilation. I don't think you have run out of "oomph" it's just that some letters are definitely harder than others. I think both of these are amusing and as usual they fufil the form requirements admirably. The only line that I feel stumbles a little is "Lands me deep in yak guano"- Would it be possible to delete the word "yak"?

Steve, the six reflects the overall quality, plus the chutzpah for taking on the challenge. Limericks are harder to get right than most people (who get them wrong) believe.
As for improving them, I'm sure you can. I never revisit a piece without tweaking it. You know the drill. Just take them one at a time.

Love the alliteration and silly names
strong rhyming in good limerick format
I still remember learning about guano when I was a kid LOL
great cadence when read aloud

Thank you - glad you took the time to go back through the earlier ones and even review them for the pittance they are now offering.

Good suggestion which I hadn't thought of when I was pondering alternatives for that most obvious one which would have offened some readers here....

I'll be going back through these shortly to revise them all and I will definitely keep that in mind - nice innuendo.
