This is an astute description of the process that we are involved in as writers. I love the alliteration in "profound passionate" too, as it's not just great alliteration, but a hope we all wish we'll achieve with our stories. Lovely and original acrostic! Best of luck in the contest.

I really enjoyed this and could relate to what you have written here. There are processes we go through, even if they're not the same with each write, and you put these across well. I love the title Percolation which gives the suggestion that our minds are forever brewing the next concoction. Well done!

This is a cleverly structured poem which describes the creative process of the writer in general. Definitely a workeable process defined here with meditation, and mind drifting. Ideas are well thought out. The title Percolation suggests a type of brain brewing that is usually needed to have thoughts and ideas gel prior to what you describe as new profound passionate story lines. Good alliteration and good ideas. Hopefully, we should all be so blessed following your writing guidelines. Well done.

I always find acrostics hard to write (what am I saying, I find everything hard to write, I'm my biggest critic). This is well done I the process a writers mind weaves as the process begins.
