Yes, I've run in to this Nigerian devil. I was never tempted, because I'd be one of those people who would refuse to take the $20.00 someone would try to hand me on the street. LOL! There are scam-artists at every turn now, through the Internet, and the telephone as well. And yet, when it comes to the computers....it's using a tool I don't really understand. I've been sold programs and add ons I didn't really want or need. There's a whole new area where the uninitiated can be taken to the cleaners.
I like the idea of a series of rants. Why not? Sounds like you've attained that age where you can laugh at the ineptitude of youth. Go for it.

Thank you - yep, there are all sorts of ways of relieving us of our hard-earned cash and most of them are legal!

I don't have anything against Nigerians in particular - it just seems so many of these scams originate there - some loophole in their legal system perhaps.
