Had various bad thoughts last night.
And as I dreamt about my sister's suicide beforehand,
and some other things, I am pretty worried.
All of these kinds of things and tests can be very stressful for sure

At out age, we must be prepared for all eventualities but that does not include worrying unnecessarily until the test results are out. be patient and do not fret - now is not the time.
We are our worse own predator like the jellyfish in our fears, smiles.

Have a calm composure and that will help a lot.

I know how you feel my dear friend. I went through a lot of problems last year. My doctor was prescribing too many drugs for my diabetes and high blood pressure and I was losing my hair by the hand full. I read about these illnesses, changed my diet completely, now I only take one pill a day and changed doctors.
I hope you feel fine, don't worry so much. Just think, if there was something serious the would've called you.

I've had various medical events. Too many to relate. Including similar to you. I won't bore you with the details.
It does depend on the person, but I don't even think about it. If it were not for my wife I'm sure I would miss the various appointments.
Hope everything works out well for you, and you can place a more uplifting colour for the background of your poems.

I am sorry you have to endure these procedures and are worried. I have to have a colonoscopy every three years, because the doctors always find and remove polyps. I have never had a gastroscopy, and don't know what it is. I'm glad you could use the poem therapeutically to unburden yourself. I'll be thinking good thoughts and hope all goes smoothly and uneventfully. Take care of yourself- Joan
