I know some places like that. I love those places, actually. There was a time in my life that often visited those places for the psychic energy. I might go to this place. Thanks for the tip.

Sure my friend, but make sure you drop by to pick me up. I want to go with ya, too! (LOL).

Thanks for the great review, JM. Our family is planning on taking a trip out west next year, maybe Montana or Wyoming. We might just visit one of these old ghost towns!

My dearest friend, you are one of a kind, to give me the creeps just before an old lady wants to go to bed, and dream of a beautiful young handsome man sleep next to .
What do I get instead, a Ghost , a donation from my friend Dean, to sleep next to the old lady instead.

You do right amazing poetry, very one kind only coming from you. Now I do enjoy reading your Raven stories. Hugs Terry xxx

Thanks very much, Terry, that is very nice of you to say. I only wish my fans enjoyed my stories as much as they do my poetry. Currently, my story, "~Right Down the Drain!~" is getting stomped in the Story of the Month contest. But, it was great to be nominated, at least.

    Thanks so much again, Terry!

I think I'll move there. Sounds like my kind of place...Well, not really, but others seem to think so. And I think I know stinky...he lives in my black boot. See you on the dark side of the moon ( or is that in the shadow of devil's tower?) It'll be there tuning my guitar.

Take your pick, ravenblack. While I prefer the devil's tower, the dark side of the moon is truly lovely this time of year. So darks, so quiet and serene...but, either would be fine.

Thanks for the review, my fiend--ah, I meant friend...

Yeah, I would like to go there, just to hang around for a spell. It might be quite fun!

You do seem to find the most interesting legends and spin the tales into eerie stories of your own. I do believe I will drive right past Raven's Fare if I'm ever in the area.

Thank you for another amazing tale of ghosts and creepy things.

No, sorry, it isn't where I would choose to go for a vacation. :)
The poem is great, and also very chilling. The artwork and audio are perfect complements to this one. I loved it. :) Sandra

Thanks very much, Sandra. I'm really glad you liked this one!

I am thinking about ending these pictapoems and just going back to regularly formatted poems. I feel they have just about run their course. I have one left in "preview" mode. After that, I believe that will be it. What do you think, Sandra? Do you enjoy them enough for me to continue? They are extremely difficult to produce. Let me know, and thanks!

To be honest, a nice piece of artwork with a poem is just as pleasurable as a pictapoem. I wouldn't know how to do a pictapoem myself, I like them okay, but mostly I appreciate the poem itself. :) As long as you keep writing the poems... :) Sandra

Yes, there many abandoned Ghost towns about, all with a rich history some more myth than true. You make the town see the perfect for a Halloween Ghost town. The raven was thought to guide spirit to the afterlife. Apt name for such a town. Excellent work.

Great post. The thing almost scared me out of writing this review. Some imagination, I enjoyed both the poem and the scare tatics>Music and whatever that was< Getting back to the poem, it is great, it is well written and is very easy to read if you don't get scared. Good work

Hah, thanks very much, ELumpkins. You've just ran headlong into a formatted poem I've created called a PICTAPOEM ®. It's designed to draw the reader into the poem, make them feel as if they are a part of it. I do that through sounds, historical notes, etc. Just something to allow readers to have more of an experience, rather than simply reading and forgetting.

I am very glad you hung in there with it long enough to give me your honest opinion. I appreciate that, very much!

Dean Kuch--Of course, there is the excellent background pro-
vided by extensive author notes, expressive title, graphic
artwork and macabre theme that prepare readers for the gory,
yet poetic rendered details of murder and mayhem captured in
the morbid story/poem/account for eeriness associated with
particular landmarks. Another signature post by FanStory's
master of horror. Well done. teafor2
