I may not fear the reaper but I sure fear that picture. But i'm thinking that's the reaper, so maybe I do fear him. This was a great poem. You expressed a lot in such a short amount of words. Creepy creepy images, way to go my friend

This work has reached the exceptional level

Undoubtedly, strong human emotion of fear has been exalted, morally and per legends or mythology the emotion is put in a lesson for guidance how to control or win fear, influentially worded. 01/829

Awesome Dean. Really a well thought out write. The story of the reaper is a great one and should provide adequate information to scare the readers to bits. LOL

Well, this wasn't overly scary. Do you do your own artwork? The sound effects often gives one the creeps before they start reading. I'm glad this is your calling and not our's You do a great job at it without doubt. We are tag teaming today. God loves you and so do we.

Yes, Evelyn, most of the artwork I do myself. Not all, though. I pray your recovery is going well? Just know that you are in mine and my families prayers daily...

    Thanks for the wonderful review.

Oh - those songs take me back. How do you put this altogether in such a short time? The pictures and the music are magnificent. I never know what surprise is waiting when I see that you have posted a new pictapoem. This is a ten. Thoroughly enjoyed this from beginning to end. Thanks so much for sharing.

Not cryptic at all, IMO. People fear the reaper because they don't know what happens next. Of course, the church teaches all about sin and hell. But that's here on earth--the testing ground. Good use of alliteration with comprehend and closely. Assonance of near and fear.

Thank you, Spit, for my first review of this one! I love it when my tougher critics get ahold of my writings first. If they find it acceptable, then I know there's hope for me yet, LOL!

    Seriously, thank you very much.
