What a beautiful way to look at this. For all the
mothers who have lost their young, this would be
a bright spot for them.
You did a fantastic job with this piece, even though
the picture kind of does tell the story. I love your
little anecdotes.
Great stuff.

You sound like me. I just don't have a story to tell right now,but I just can't stay away.
Like you, I believe that there is a 10th circle out there that is reserved for those who hurt children. They will pay the price...maybe not immediately, but they'll pay. Loved the ending!

jjstar! Wow,the Quenn has returned to her rightful domain! There's a line in this song about the days getting short. Posting it on behalf of you and your school teaching duties coming up soon. Just so you start gearing up! LOL

Ah....thanks for that! I know...I feel like I haven't even had a vacation yet!

Didn't want you to get too relaxed...they are already selling "back to school" items here on Cape Cod. :)

This is a nice little piece, off the cuff, that speaks of the children Jesus had the apostles let through to see him. Children, metaphorically, in the Bible. seem to typically represent our open and unpretentious hearts.

Nicely done. My grandsons are standing beside me, read this and said "I like it, it's cute!" What more can I tell you. You did have a story after all. Good job!

Yeah! Brother Denis, that definitely came from God's mouth
into and out of your mind. That is one of the best sermons on the subject of God's love and care for children that I have read or heard in a looooong time. And that photo with the Babies warning was really hilarious!
Thanks for going with the "spiritual flow:

The word of God contains so many great Bible verses about children. Anyone raising children knows how difficult things can get but also what a blessing the children are! Remember, the Bible tells us not to merely listen to the word of God but to do what it says (James 1:22). Take what your read here, people. Write it down and put it into action...
"If you have lost a baby or young child know that it is the teaching of Scr(I)pture that such a child is not"...Needs an 'I' in "Scripture", Deniz22...

I think every Grandma, Granny, Nana, etc. will say
Since these are not specific people, but groups of people, grandma, granny, and nana should be lowercase.
may all the Grandma's do their thing.
Grandma's : should be Grandmas (should be plural instead of possessive)
please remember that God is eternal and does not settle all His accounts in time.
I don't think there should be a "not" in here....
"Let the little ones" come to Me
Shouldn't be a quotation mark after "ones"
even a mother or Grandmother.
Same thing as earlier: grandmother should be lowercase.
teaching of Scrpture that such a child is not lost
"Scrpture" should be "Scripture".
God bless you, Dennis
(add a period)
Some of the sentences are a little long and don't flow very well--nothing a quick edit wouldn't fix.
The picture is very funny...so true.
It was a nice short piece, but it does need a bit of editing.
Thanks for sharing. :)

I'm sure you are right in most of your suggestions but this is a wrong assumption on your part;"I don't think there should be a "not" in here". Thanks for an honest review, however. DEnnis

Very clever. Like the Bill Cosby reference. Children are the future, and how we discipline them is key. I disagree with 'forbid them' Still, an overall joy to read. Les

Oh how very precious and the picture does say it all. Your piece is what I call a heart piece and they are always the one's I love the best because the writer shares a true piece of their heart with their reader. Great job. God loves you and I do too.
