Oh my goodness! You did a fantastic job with this very challenging entry. It's not only a perfect palindrome, but also a beautiful piece all in itself; with or without the rule. It's colorful and descriptive in all sorts of ways. Life does instill love, and love does instill life. All true and all beautiful. Good luck with the contest:)

I haven't seen this poetic form in practice before. This looks pretty good. The only reversal that is slightly off on grammar would be "touching create" instead of "creates" but I sure recognize the difficulty in adhering to this form. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you for such a fine example of the Palindrome. I am still trying to wrap my head around what-all this form entails (perhaps something I should have done BEFORE entering the contest, but I love word play and am not a-feared of a steep learning curve.
I think what makes this poem special is the clarity and truth it holds all while adhering to a challenging, somewhat defining set of rules.

Thank you very much, Joan. This is my first stab at a Palindrome form. I found it very challenging and, even though rhymed poetry is my thing, I couldn't pass up on another challenge. Would be happy if you could join, but understand the priorities and your situation. I need to continue PT myself!

Yes, do continue your PT--we have to take care of ourselves! After your encouragement and reading your fine example, I actually wrote a Palindrome in the form of a senryu. Now, all I to do is find the time to edit and post it--since you gave us plenty of time, I might make it! Smiles and hugs- Joan

I have also written one of these poems, and mine begins and ends with the word "love" too. But believe me, I wrote mine several days ago, before I had read yours. I enjoyed the challenge of this palindrome device, as you probably did also. Thanks for sharing your fine poem.
