Yeah, all psychologists say denial is one of the biggest problems patients face on the road to recovery. We all have to admit a problem, never running away from it.

Debbie, have you read Kubler Ross - I forget her first name, but she has a masterpiece on grief and grieving. I hope you're not offended by my comments. I felt that the power behind this verse was so real that I felt I needed to address that before I told you what a good write this is. Good luck, Cindy

Self-honesty allows
The grieving process
To proceed
As is appropriate
And without the harm done
By denial of true feelings
Then by all means, go through the process girlie. It's far better than hurting indefinitely. Sigh.

The writer does a good job of delivering a message that is easy to understand and touches the heart of the reader. The title has a nice ring to it and catches my ear but the words hold my attention from beginning to end. Good job.
