The rhythm is a bit tight and jerky. I get the message. It confirms the words of Muhammad, The Prophet, who sends the message that facts of our existence are the manifestation of The One and Only God. There is no direct image of God in our minds or eyes. Factual knowledge is all we have. Yet it was enough for The Prophet to see God in all his glory. It is said that Muhammad received his Prophecy from Gabriel while meditating in his cave. In Arabic, cave and skull are the same word. I wonder if he received his Prophecy from his skull or from thoughts while in a hole in the mountain? Gabriel is the Messenger Angel who brings word of God to man. We are blessed by the thought process that can take the deeper image from the factual. Thank you for this insight. It is very easy reading the message though the poetic rhythm I like is missing.

Thought provoking. Be still and know I am here, a wonderful way to send your message to the reader. The rainbow is exquisite and well chosen. The first line of each stanza is a progression for your poem. First there is a sign, then G-d does an action and then, when your faith is confirmed, it's enough that he appears. Well done.

This is a wonderful piece, dear writer. I like the way you illustrate the many signs that "God is near" with such lovely imagery. Also the repeated last lines "Be still and know I am here" - very fiting words inviting mankind to stop and think about that fact that He is near.

Very nice poem that expresses my views of God perfectly. I also see God in all the natural gifts that we run across daily. Your imagery is clear & soothing. I'm wondering about the use of the same line, over & over, as 4th line of every stanza? Maybe I'd prefer some variation here. But it doesn't take away from the message, which comes across loud & clear. Good job!
