I really loved this one Alex. I'm glad that your Lass is on the mend. This is such a beautiful tribute in the Scot's vernacular it flowed so well. Loved the meanings of the terminology too. :) Jaq xx

I absolutely loved it. Maybe because of my Irish heritage, I totally appreciated reading your beautiful Scottish poem.
It was a breath of fresh air to me, and did make me smile.

Thank you very much for the author's notes. This is a very original poem, great creativity you showed all through. Loved the words you used, I also liked the flow and the artwork choice. It was really enjoyable to read and different from what I am used.

I loved it! Except, what does "ain" mean? That is the one word that left me curious and the one word you did not define. Keep doing what you're doing.

Mr Alex Gardiner- thank you a great deal for being different - as laughter is to you so is differnet to me. I heartily appreciate your poetic effort in your dialect. Admittedly we may need to spend some time beyond the pure English type, but well worth it _ wothry of further study , I say!

Ah, our very own Fanstory Robbie Burns, me laddie!
I enjoyed the music in your verse.
Glad the lass is doing well....
Made me want to stand and sing "The Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond" out loud!

With some Scottish ancestors of my own, I suppose it is no surprise that I enjoy your poetry. I especially enjoy reading along while you recite it. What a great way to get the sense and emotion of it all. This is a beautiful poem full of love and adoration and since it is a true expression of your own heart, I want to say how blessed I think you are. Thank you for sharing your heart with us. It was truly enjoyable.

I haven't read your work for a very long time. I am off for the summer so I hope I can catch you more often. I really enjoyed reading this poem. Thank you for the extensive author's notes.

This is an intresting way of writing this. I took some time and understood it. It is nice to see he still loves his Bonnie Lass. Great job and keep writing!
