When you are young and you think love is ging to pass you by do not fret for it will sneak up on you when you least expect it. when it does and its the real you will know and never have to wonder for true love lasts for ever

This does indeed follow the 5-7-5 format correctly.
What you say in this short poem is accurate, but unfortunately it has been said before--even in poems as short as this.

Nicely penned topic. I do get a 6 count on syllables line three. "really" is a 2 count.
