Gorgeous artwork. Well chosen and well said. I've had more than one ball up in the air, then got them slammed. Trust me :)

That's an LOL for me! Sort of got stuck on a poem due to everything around me, there's financial complacency as well, but since the money doesn't really stretch out, it is probably a good thing.

Enjoyable poem, well written with a lot of truth to it, but that ball always drops, which is a law of nature. Just try not to get hit in the face with it.

I guess a good epigram should be patently true and this certainly applies here. Yours also has a sweet rhyme and rhythm to help it be memorable and a worthwhile point to make.

This is a very thoughtful and inspiring poem. The language used is very good.
And the message given is very heedful. The picture is best suitable!!
Great Work!!!

Very good, and so true. I connect the fall with pride, but complacency gets just as many of us, I am sure. Maybe more. Perfect artwork for this poem too.
Thanks again :)Anita

Deep, thought provoking, simple message with a direct connection a profound truth, a new proverb. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Nicely expressed...

This is a gentle reminder not to get too comfortable in our efforts to move forward lest we stagnate. I love the arrt work and the last two lines.

Oh wow some people will read this and think this is so deep thinking. I love it and it makes total sense. You know only you could come up with this cute ditty.

You're so wise, Brooke, and your poem is indeed a doozy. The poem is thoughtful and your advice and message are both ones to keep in mind.
Smiles,
Karyn : )
