This is such a very good 5-7-5. And such a presentation. I don't know you managed it. I can't help feeling you are on to a winner here. Your words are so true. And you have blood dripping everywhere. Spooky! Regards Dorothy

With very few words, this poetry shouts a important warning.
Writers and Poets know the power and sharpness of words.
The attached illustrations nicely accent the message. Thank
You for your creation.

The Internet puts Bullying on an entirely new level. WORDS hurt. My youngest son answered some cruel remarks made by an older brother once by saying, "you put a whole in my heart." His brother stopped and it's been a saying around our house for years. The older brother is 27 and the younger is 20.

Thanks very much, Barbara. "You put a whole in my heart"...what a poignant way to tell someone they've hurt you deeply.
    Thanks, again...

It's awful Dean. Here in Holland it's a problem too.
Bullying starts at school and then it continues on the social media. This year three children committed suicide. How many life's are destroyed??? It has a huge impact on their further life and I hope your daughter find the strength to deal with it. Well expressed my friend and good you paid attention to it. Fia

Thank you very much for checking it out for me, Fia. Yes, there are far too many incidents of this type floating around out there today. While most see the internet as a vast wealth of information and an endless source of entertainment, there are those who view it as another tool in their arsenals of hatred.
I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond to this for me...

Oh, your poem, a vivid message, indeed, that yes, words can cut us to the core, if we let them...She, is lucky to have a father who sees this & can can consult her....Bullying is like an open switch blade , especially for those growing up, & it can become a personal insult that can remain forever in one's psyche..

Thanks very much, Caressa, and you are right. Things of this nature can scar a person for life, even go as far as make them feel so worthless, they end up taking their own lives. The internet was invented, I believe, for us to enjoy a wealth of knowledge and inspiration only a click of the mouse away. Some, however, unfortunately see it in a much more sinister light...

    Thanks so much again!

Talking about the cruel cut and the deepest cut is actually done with words of the cruelest kind.
It leaves the victims devastated and wondering what's wrong with them.
Usually such bullies hide behind a pseudo profile name and bash others with their bad mouthing without regards for the heart behind the typing board or they just don't care.
They think that being cyber, no one can catch them so be careful who we are dealing with is the best advice.
Sorry to hear of your daughter's encounter of the worst and unfriendly kind.
Good write with a timely message to avoid bullies on the net.
Cheerio, Ritchie.

Well we do our best to share. In fact so many friends mentioned to me to post my review comments as they are more poetic than their poem - now that is a poetic crime fro me. I just want to bring out the message in the writers' hearts and ended up writing porse poetry tooo, LOL.
In "Glimpses of life in a Review", you check out the things i write in my reviews. Get ready a pint of blood for transfusion, you gonna need it, LOL!

This work has reached the exceptional level

Your message is sent with "rapier thrust." Spoken with meaning and truth.
As Shakespeare wrote in Henry VI,
"These haughty words of hers,
Have batt'red me like roaring cannon-shot,
And made me almost yield upon my knees."

The "ease'" with which some persons choose to assault others is now endemic in this"uncivil" society of ours. We see the acts occurring every day at every level of our society. Women particularly are so often the object of such calumny by politicians and prelates alike.

Great job!
