thank you for the entertainment. I too have had nights where a story has nagged me into wakefulness, the second coffee guarantees a few visits to the bathroom.

This was such a delight to read. Isn't it amazing how prolific you become when sleep is on the horizon. You seem to be able to rhyme the most perfect poem, or create the most complex plot. Glad to see you writing poetry, I enjoyed reading this one.

My point exactly! I can sit all evening without one creative thought and the minute I get into bed, they start arriving in droves! It would appear from the reviews that there's a few of us just the same. Thank you for your lovely review.

This is a great poem! I love the meaning and smooth flow. When I read this I laughed at the thought of how many writers do exactly what you do. I find myself getting out of bed at all hours because I wake with some great idea. A couple of years ago my wife got me a small recorder. I use it all the time (unless I'm in bed). Anyway, I started really reading poetry when I joined Fanstory and have even posted a few now. Your writing is awesome, I don't know what else to say other than great job. You put a smile on my face.

This is a wonderful write. I love how this reads and you capture what many of us do. Your words read so well with great flow. I thought your author notes just added. Funny how many of us go into the wee hours of the morning writing. This is an excellent write.

This was a joy to read. And if written at night, then i say write on at 1 or 2 or 3 am. I myself have been up writing in my kitchen at 2 and 3 am. Such a bother to have a brain that won't shut off when it is suppose to. Great work.
