You have a very interesting and creative thought process and you see things in a unique way. I enjoy reading what you write. It isn't light reading and it always makes me use my brain to follow what you are saying.

Love your cogitation and thinking about how important "balance" is in our lives. Of interest (maybe), I recently posted a poem on the same subject. Wish more people were able to discover how to shape the world they want to see. Hugs, Sue

Good points and I fully agree. I like your coinage of Creative Mental attitude...and indeed, standing in the center, with neither attraction nor aversion, is the key to peace. This is well articulated, but as it is an essay, I think it still needs bolstering and 'fleshing out' the ideas. For example, the reader may not be familiar with PMA (I am, because they use this term a lot on OUTWARD BOUND...a mountaineering course I had ventured on when I was 16.)
The opening of an essay needs to begin with a thesis statement. To me, this seemed to start in the middle of a thought-stream. Perhaps shifting this sentence to the beginning might help: We are all bipolar.
I recommend crafting a strong thesis statement as an opening and then leading in to the PMA by first introducing its concept with a concrete example.
At present, all the concepts are discussed in a general sweeping panorama of mind. The point might be brought home to the reader if you insert personal or at least specific examples to illustrate the point. The purpose of an essay is not to simply TELL readers the concepts but to deliver them convincingly...to help them experience the same realizations from within.
That's the main reason for four stars...this needs bolstering.

As I agree with your thoughts, the essay makes sense to me but people to whom the concepts are new may not digest it so straight forward...they may require 'coaching' to grasp and accept the ideas...

I always thought it was dumb to put oneself in a box by calling yourself conservative or liberal. We are all conservative in some ways and liberal in others. Once you put yourself in a box by calling yourself one or the other. You are limiting yourself. This was a well written article that I enjoyed reading... John

Please go through the book "The Power of Now " by Eckhart Tolle.Thinking process and calmness stopping the thoughts is well described by Tolle.

this is a great essay, it reminds me of the 'secret' or 'the law of attraction'. This has been very well written and makes perfect sense.
you make a great point when sum it up as us all being 'bipolar' when you think about you are write as with bipolar (i have bipolar type 2) you have these to a factors, negative mental attitude turns to depression and positive mental attitude turns to mania.
you can see how you make some great points.
