Hello, Jo. Thanks for sharing this very special dream with us. You are surely special to God. I believe God is calling you to come a little closer to Him. No matter where we are in our christian walk, we can draw nearer to Him. Have you ever studied the book of Acts? God may be calling you to a "Book of Acts" experience. Check out chapter 2.
God bless, Anita

Thank you Anita for your kind review. Yes, I am familiar with the book of Acts. Thank you for your keen perception and suggestion. I will re-read Chapter 2.

Very emotional - the dream had to have such vividness for you to capture it so graphically in this writing. Inspirational to all who believe!

Thank you Elly for reviewing my dream/essay. Yes, it was very vivid. I very seldom ever remember my dreams but this one was a doozie.

Well, at first, I thought this was a piece dealing with Hurricane Sandy, but then you mention bright blue skies and Jesus descending. You're left behind, so now I'm thinking you've read one Tim Lahaye novel too many. :)

Probably so...too many Tim Lahaye. :o) I very seldom ever remember my dreams. This one, however, really made an impression. Thank you for your kind review.

An interesting dream, and I believe you are correct in your feelings that you were meant to share this with others.
Notes:
In your opening lines,
"What is Happening?" I screamed.
This should read:
"What is happening?" I screamed.

That is a sobering thought and we all need to heed the call of the Holy Spirit and not quench the Holy Spirit. I think that sometimes God gives us dreams and visions to warn us and to give us another chance to come to him. Good read, good job and keep on writing.

Misrael, I, too, think God gives us dreams for various reasons. This one really gave me reason to exam my own life and relationship with my Savior. I am on solid ground with Him. This dream impacted my feeling so much for those who are not. I felt compelled to write it out. Thank you so much for your support and the six stars.

This story is a reminder of what will happen to all who do not know the Lord when he comes. Thanks for the reminder. We all need to be reminded that Christ died for our sins.
Well done,
Curtis

Thanks Curtis for your review and support. I am not one to publish my beliefs very often and maybe this is why the Lord has had me write this piece. God bless you.
