You really had me with this one. There I was, hanging on every heroic word, and you sold me a pizza!
I think this must be typical of your sense of humor.
I did enjoy the read because the whole piece was so well-written but I must admit to be disappointed by the let-down!
Good luck in the contest. Maybe my sense of humor is a little lacking on a Monday morning.

This one was on the boil for a while and I couldn't see a way out of the 'mankind's fate' corner I had pained myself into so ridiulus ex machina it is.
