I really enjoyed this piece as i am pursuing only alternative medicine for my health issues. I have acupuncture treatments once a week with Chinese herbals, perform Qi Gong exercises , meditation, read my Bible every day, and change my diet with cardio- it is really helping even with my occasional setbacks. I am pleased that you posted this very educational and well written essay, encouraging others here to open their options of healthcare. Great work! Holly

This is less like a story and more like a slice of awesome news. It is well written and concise--two things of which a work can never suffer too much of. I love that you're changing things in your life for the better, and though this writing isn't a full story, its merit lies in what you chose to write about. Great.

Hi Bev, this was a most inspiring article. You have me hooked. My boss - a male is also into meditation every morning and evening. He always tells me we don't have problems but challenges and these are usually soon sorted. Great how attitude can change ones outlook and yeah - bring down your stress and blood pressure.     Hi, Jada. Thank you so much for your very encouraging and generous review. One of the methods I'm looking into seriously is the use of sound technology to reach very deep relaxation states, including background use of positive subliminal messages. Very fascinating!

this is very well written, writingfundimension, you did a great job writing this essay about meditation to relieve life's stress, i enjoyed reading it. my husband listens to The Moody Blues and Petra for his music therapy.

Good, informative non-fiction write here. Of course, you're preaching to the choir in my case, as I go for the natural/holistic approaches before anything else and have found most doctors to be disappointingly lax in considering these approaches - so the more we can write about them, the better. Bravo! Will be interested to hear how your figures are dropping! :) Sharyn

Readers will agree that increasing the level of my daily ecercise (exercise) and dietary vigilance is a wonderful idea

This was a great informative piece about both high blood pressure and meditation. I like the way you reveal it doesn't have to be as complicated as people may think.
