Truly does need a picture. This can be interpreted as pure desperation or as humor. I think the humor route is best, bus either way, a picture would clarify,

5-7-4 syllable count verse format to answer the call of the 5-7-5 challenge. Your one syllable short in your third line in order to achieve full compliance. Can I hear an "and" to start the third line.

This is a nicely written 5-7-5 poem about the fighting of parents and the effects it has on the children. I know a family like this and the kids are so smart and well behaved. Parents, get a grip and solve your problems or just leave.
