Sounds like Lexi had a marvelous time working all the apparatus and you had a marvelous time witnessing it LOL

Little kids' desire to drink in the world is inspiring, and their absolute lack of FEAR is amazing--and a bit scary. Your poem is delightful. What a day!

Jan, what a great picture. Such a beautiful little girl. I always wanted a granddaughter. No such luck. I can just picture from your imagery her having a great time playing and doing all those things you have described. Very well written with your rhyming couplets. Good job,,,,,,Jim

This is a cool poem very well thought out kids on those gyms are so sweet and some grow up to be great athletes thank you for sharing

I am a teacher also 2nd-3rd grade. I got laid off a while ago. I miss working with children but have enjoyed my time off. I love it when I see children explore the world. I liked the innocece you captured in your poem.-Squid

This is so cute. Isn't it amazing how much kids pay attention to what they see on TV. Wow, and they are fearless little things. Sounds like she had a great time. Nice job with this. The first couplet needs a space before the second. :) ~Yona
