really cute analogy of the baby to a roly poly. The second time you used the word pride in "mommy pride" I feel is good enough to end that section, I wont even lie is unnecessary.

Thanks for the review, but I don't understand your rating. You see "one" thing that you dislike and you merely give it three stars? Can you explain further? Because obviously there is some lack of communication going on here. Generally, when we give such a LOW rating, we explain why.

Aww Your little bug sounds absolutely adorable! There's no reason to hide your Mommy-Pride. I don't think it's possible to hide the pride that wells up within us for our babies, or grandbabies. It bubbles out of us, no matter what. :D

This is a great poem. So well written and filled with a mothers pride. Your little boy is so lucky to have such a fan club. The first of many milestones I am sure. Good on you for having the time to record the moment in time. I have a six month old little girl who no longer spends time on her back constantly rolling to her favourite pot on her tummy. Heads and shoulders ahead of where her brothers were at that stage. I too can relate to the heart swelling with pride thing. I look forward to your next poem.

Your last line made me laugh out loud. Mothers always have those type of fears in the back of their minds. Baby can provide such joy, and it oozes out of your poem. I gave me the feel this is your first child.
