You are trying to do the impossible with this raw, naked piece. Life (and death) is to be understood as moving, something fluid, transforming. Your outpouring of images is like a flurry of still thrust from a faulty projector. Images are words and words are definitive and static; the mind trying to trap life (And death)in a series of stills. The result is not quite the same.Your thought stream, a series of images are trying to capture your chaotic feelings. Is it possible. As you say no one should have to bury his 18 year old off-spring.
