Your Cacophony Poem, Saturday Matinee, is very nice. You have used nice noise words and the rhyming scheme is excellent! I enjoyed the smooth and easy cadence also!

Wonderfully cute and very well-crafted. I could see this melodrama playing out in full color...all that was missing was the railway track and the twirling mustache. Well done.

Cheers,
Sheree

strong rhyming couplets
great use of alliteration
excellent use of onomatopoeia
fun use of internal rhyme
This poem is clever and highly entertaining and so captures the spirit of the old movie theater and the melodramas we so enjoyed :-) Brooke

THe old fashioned cowboy movies were great. You captured the sounds and sights very well I don't know how much of the movies we actually paid attention to. We kids were making too much nosie of our own. Great work.

Oh yeah ... I loved those Saturday afternoon westerns. The good guys always won, the horses were always the fastest, and the cowboys were what dreams for a young girl were made of. Your sounds in this write are superb. Ride 'em cowboy!
Smiles,

Just like being there... all the noise, the energy, the action of the big screen.
Love the rhymes and lines.
Terrific poem, great choice of art, and the active verbs fit perfectly.
Well done.
