Hello, barbara.
A good edge of seat read. I think calling the SWAT team out must be kinda like a code blue in the ER. Poor Anna must hurt so bad, and be so scared.

I haven't read any unfanned prose in a while but I'm glad I did, this is a really well written piece, there are strong characters with clear motives and there are signs they have been well developed, of course I have no idea what happened up to this point so it's a little redundant me commenting on the story.
The writing is tight and exciting, which is a good combination. Good work.

womens domestic violence is still looked on in some countries as the norm which is discusting in this day and age
you have conveyed the action so vividely and your dialouge is spot on Barbara
I thought this was an outstanding continuation in this chapter
I hope Anna recovers, but she has such severe injuries
Bobby is a dangerious person I hope Troy can keep him away and Micheal will be safe

What a cliff hanger! I can just imagine how crazy with worry Troy must be going through. Thank goodness Michael is safe. The police have to act fast but careful. That maniac will do anything. I can't wait to see how it all works out.
