Hi Barbara, I've been offline for almost two months, so I've gone back to catch up and get my hand back in. I figured you'd be on the next book by now and was glad to see that you aren't.
He glanced toward Troy, Paul, and Everett and he shook his head. --- Judgment call, but if it were me, I'd put "and shook his head," dropping "he."

Climatic intensity is building to a threshold event. I still believe this storyline will "hit home" to so many that have overcome such horrific abuse. Storyline is intact, character portrayals are raw, and plot work is threaded precisely. Great job. td

This is still going and I am glad I haven't missed the ending. Just curious if you know the ending. Some authors like STephen King, say they just write until it comes to them. This is excellent and you should have no trouble getting it published.

The situation between Anna and Bobby are extremely sad... I think he's sick and needs therapy... And Anna as well, for not being able to end this drama of violence...

Great piece. Massive suspense and very well written. The dialogue is a lot more authentic since the last one I read. I can't wait to read more and see what happens to that son of a bitch when it's over. The best thing about this piece is how the suspense builds and it really makes the reader want to know more. Good work. Keep going...

Bobby is quite a prick if ever there was one. I hate to say it but in my travels throughout the world I have met guys like this.
In my younger days I would beat them to a pulp. Now days, it would be easier to just shoot them like the vermin that they are.
Your story reached my boiling point, a task not easily done. Thanks for such a grand chapter
