Hi
Emperor Constantine had a dream the night before a battle. With this cross you will concur. That message changed the Eastern Roman Empire and the world. Who knew at the time that a fringe Jewish sect would find a home in the Gentile community and would become one of the worlds major religions.

Very nice! It is hard to say
so much in so few words but
you certainly managed in this
cinquain. The picture is as
simple as the poem. Well done, Nancy

This well-written poem is a reminder to all that--as we celebrate the glory of the Resurrection--we must not forget what happened prior to it, Jesus's sacrifice for all. Very good

That is the best one I have read today for Good Friday. So many do not understand the true meaning of today. Your lovely words touched me. Thank you! xsx

Well-written Cinquain poem.
We all celebrate the resuurection.
We all know the glory and goodness that came from Jesus rising from the dead.
But before we can celebrate His new life, we need to bear witness of His death.
A moving tribute the marked day of His death, Good Friday!

Very current poem, since today is the day. Not only is it a relative topic but it is one point and very directive without and superfluous words. Great content and great poem.
