A really great and heart-warming story. You showed both sides and showed they are the same. We are all the same. Your story was well-written with no spag that I could see. It kept my attention throughout.

Yep. I knew it sounded familiar from the beginning. I was worried that maybe you didn't remember anymore what stories you'd already told us. LOL!

I'm not great at reading the details of a gun battle. When I watch a movie, I close my eyes at those parts. In books, I skim. I want to know who survives, of course, but I can usually live without the details of who died and how.
What I read was fine. Good job, Bill.

Thanks Adri - when I posted before, it was two stories and few people realized the gist of what I was writing. I tightened it up of course, but much is repetitive. Thank you for reading, even if part was again! Regards, Bill

Lets just say characters real in so few words ....characters appealing in so few words ...questions of ethics faced in so few words...
