It is one thing after another here; was written very well Mrs. Barbara. There is very good imagery and descriptive scheme. Wonderful emotion within this chapter. Betty is Troy's adoptive mother (more intrigue to follow).
I can feel Anna's guilt at the emotional turmoil she is causing Troy. Interesting that Troy's medical records popped up on the internet. Thanks for sharing.

This was a heart tugging chapter and the dipicts the problem of abuse so realistically. We never know what happens behind closed doors. This was a well created chapter and a joy to read. Thank you for sharing.
