Lovely whimsical poem that children are sure to enjoy.
Well done. Flows well mostly, with just one hiccup to the easy rhythm. The story carries you so you hardly notice the poetic inspite of the excellent rhymes, that fit perfectly. Well done.

Hi Sandra. I admire this piece so much. You use such magical phrases and rhyming which paints the most incredible pictures to your reader's eyes. I would give almost anything to be able to create pieces like this for kids. Loved it. xoxo Kiwi

Thank you, Jack! What a wonderful review, I love it when the grown up children like my stories! I have written 4 others in this series, they are under 'Hedgerow Capers,' I am just finishing number 6 which should be ready at the end of the week. One day I am hoping to find someone who might be interested in publishing them, but with so many brilliant childrens story book authors out there, I might not be good enough.
