Great piece! Clear, focused and extremely well written. The rhyme and the rhythm were excellent! The story was interesting and kept my attention throughout! It was one of the best pieces that I have read in quite a while. The flow of the poem was consistent and wonderful! Congratulations!

Thank you for the great review. I reeturned to my house in New York after a two year sojourn in Las Vegas; but dream about Vegas every day. I think, I will go back in a year or so.

This is a very long read but worth it. An ode written with interlocking sonnets and who would guess---to Las Vegas! Everyone needs to escape at some point or another and Vegas has served as Mecca for many. This is really good. 'I was the Bonnie to your Clyde.' It must have been quite an adventure.

This is a very long read but worth it. An ode written with interlocking sonnets and who would guess---to Las Vegas! Everyone needs to escape at some point or another and Vegas has served as Mecca for many. This is really good. 'I was the Bonnie to your Clyde.' It must have been quite an adventure.

Occasionally one confronts a work of the human hand and mind and senses and one is overawed. It is rare that someone can create something of such beauty as is your poem. It would be senseless to analyze its technique or form. By shredding it the magic would dissipate. What is remarkable is your love and use of the English language. Your phrasing is perfect and never flags. Is English your mother tongue. Your consciousness of the echoes and meaning in every phrase, with nothing to be taken for granted, and everything carefully wrought makes me wonder how many languages you have mastered. I think nothing is harder be it with words or paints on canvas than to capture the relevant details of a landscape. Your use of personification and symbolism is masterful. I would indeed say that this is the result of years of labor at your craft and this is your masterpiece. Your poem stands with the best of them. May your life be ever fruitful. -Ekim777

Thank you for the good review. I had to return to my house on the East Coast after a two year sojourn in Vegas, which was very healing. But I dream of Vegas every day, and I will go back there.
