You have penned a fine acrostic poem for the contest. Acrostic poetry is not my favorite form but have done a good job with this one. Well done and good luck in the contest...bless you, chey

    Thank you Razz, this makes me feel great, and I just wanted to write something that shined on Jesus, and not me, and I'm glad it came over that way. Blessings, LOL!

    Thanks so much, Loyd, for the nice comments. I was going to read one last night, but it was out of sequence ( I'm starting ch.4) and I was so tired, lots of trouble with my computer and had a church newsletter due. Hallelujah, turned it in tonight at church. Where can I get the first book (Pumpkinhead)? I asked at our local bookstore, around Halloween, it wasn't there then. I would love to have a signed copy. My husband said to find out if we can get one? When I sub, at the schools, I'll mention your book. HAve a great week:)

Very nicely done..it concerns me this year because I know many won't have..I pray we have the love of God and reach out to those that are hurting..for but by the grace of God it could be us. God bless.

    Thank you so much. I'm trying to find the words to write of this one who is homeless. I'll try to post before Christmas and I'm staying in touch with her and plan to have her at our family Christmas.

this is very well written, donnadiann, a great job writing this acrostic poem about the joy of Christmas, i love your second line because of the alliteration in it. good luck in the contest.

A solid acrostic for Christmas Joy
Nice use of alliteration in Christmas Christ
and heal the heart
and in smiles/star/still
I love the idea of salvation as a shared gift - this is most thoughtful :-) Brooke
