This is well written in good ABC format. A short but powerful flashback of that sad and horrible day in world history which left a lingering pain. Good luck in the contest :)

Hi Bob,
Nice entry you have here. I threw one in a few days ago as well. Unlike mine, you didn't need a whole lot of info in the authors notes to get your message across. It was simple and concise. It's a tough format but I think you handled it well. I remember watching the footage in disbelief. I still can't figure how anyone could do that sort of thing.

Yes indeed Bob, I'm sure all Americans are still hurting, and so many young lives, and even their own innocents, still being hurt and killed as a result. Your poem is a wonderful tribute. Can you tell me about the picture..are the lights a memorial? Giddy
