Hell no he's not gonna loose his chance with her. And if Anna is that darn stupid to walk away from a good man, you can send him to DC, I'm single. Ooo you are plucking my last nerve with this story. I'm gonna to finally have my dinner and go to bed. Right after the next chapter.

This was a wonderful read. I haven't read any of your other chapters but it sure is on my list of reads I would like to do when time permit...no spags and the converstions are real and intriguing...an excellent write...good wishes for you to finish - it is a fabulous feeling to write The End

This part of the story reminds me of two kids who contracted a form of hepatitis. The girl went through similar things. As always the dialogue and characters real to life.

I am so pleased I saw a notice for this chapter on the home page--I've been eagerly awaiting the continuation of the story as you know. Thanks also for the notes on hepatitis--I had a clinical case over forty years ago (I had no symptoms--the pathogens showed up in a blood test) when fortunately my immune system was strong enough to fight it off! I admired Paul's sincere explanation to Anna and understood his need to add some levity. I hope she understood too! Obviously, your storytelling is very engaging. -Joan

A wonderful addition to your book Barbara. However you are not alone. I am with you. Not in person but in spirit. I am in and have been in similar situations as you write about and think I could be your male counterpart. I am glad that you write about these things. I write about my problems through my Mindscapes. Which are an ancient type of Tanka. I group more than one of them together to make a poem, so I don't call them Tankas, but they are the same in all other ways. Your write is exceptional and sometimes brings tears to my eyes as I remember things being done to me. I don't have Hepatitis though.
