You make well use of the few six words by creating a powerful state of mind and a vivid image of our life that lies in that each day between sunrise and sunset. You also have here a lovely internal rhyme combined with aliteration and the most poetic word of all - "Sandwitched"

Love the picture! Great job on the six word poetry contest - I don't think I could have done it. Makes me think that each day of our life is sandwiched between sunrise to sunrise. I'm trying to think about each day being a box that is opened when I wake for the day. I put the day in as it goes along and then secure the box shut as the day winds down. If each day is it's own box, then I don't want to waste the box by not doing anything with the day. Who wants to secure an empty box? I know I'm rambling here - my sister's death has caused a lot of strange thoughts to enter my head.

Perfect poetic description of afternoon delight, in just six words.
Great choice of words using imagery and alliteration.
Best of luck in the contest.

This is a cute idea. I'm not really sure if I like it. I think it needs a few more words to express your intended message.

My goodness - I don't know how you managed to get a message across in six little words! I like the image - morning on one side, evening on the other, and the filling is the day with all its delights. Even sunrise and sunset conjure up beautiful pictures of colourful skies and peaceful scenes. Good job!

I would love to be sandwiched between sunrise and sunset if my surrounding were that beautiful!
Talk about never wanting your day to end...
In Alaska there is a lot of "between sunrise and sunset".
